A New Chapter Begins at Estoria Oak Marsh
Breaking ground on Oakdale’s newest 62+ cooperative community
Something exciting is taking root in Oakdale! On Wednesday, October 8, we officially broke ground on Estoria Cooperative Oak Marsh—our newest 62+ community designed for connection, comfort, and carefree living.
It was one of those perfect fall days—blue skies, crisp air, and a whole lot of excitement. Founding members, city officials, and our project partners all gathered to celebrate the start of something truly special.
Building Something Beautiful Together
When complete, Estoria Oak Marsh will feature 87 member-owned homes and all the perks that come with maintenance-free, turnkey living. Picture cozy evenings by the firepit, friendly pickleball matches, coffee by the fireplace, or a morning yoga class with neighbors who feel more like friends.
